What technologies are used in K-States VPN implementation?

K-State’s VPN service is based on the open IPsec standard. It uses 3DES-168 bit encryption. IPsec is primarily defined in RFC2401. We do not support the Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) standard at this time.
