A. Because Structure Free is free product, complimentary technical support by phone is not available if you are beyond your normal support period for a new Pro Tools system or a Pro Tools upgrade. Options for paid technical support by phone are available in most locations for customers beyond their complimentary phone support period, as well as free technical support by email.
