What Technical Support does VISTA Internal Security Audits offer?
As your Board’s auditor we work with the financial institution’s IT experts, whether internal or external. We provide email assistance with follow-up within 24 hours, but typically faster than that. Our support hours are 9am CT to 6pm CT, Monday through Friday. Since we are professional IT auditors, it is best that your IT experts or consultants provide the technical answers to resolve any issues.
