What technical requirements are there for using the WorkforceScheduling.com System?
The system consists of two components – client software for use by supervisors and a web access portal for use by agents and supervisors. For requirements of the client portion refer to the hardware requirements for Maxima Advantage Vantage Point. The web portal requires an Internet connection of at least 64K, and a desktop PC using Windows 98 (or more recent), plus Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. The service may work on other configurations, but performance is not guaranteed. • What is the minimum subscription period? The minimum subscription period is one month. Thereafter, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time (partial months are not refunded). • What happens if my subscription lapses? You are given a 5 day grace period to renew. After that access to the system will be prevented until you have provided payment for a new subscription period.
