The Assessment Instruments (State, Local, and Governance), Glossary, User Guide, and Frequently Asked Questions documents are found at this website. Also, the website includes a “Tool Kit” section that includes a variety of resources in the following four categories: general resources, preparing for the assessment, conducting the assessment, and facilitating post-assessment performance improvement activities.
