All teachers who teach any subjects or classes that are being tested on the ITBS/ITED tests in grades 3 to 9 and 11 should fill out questionnaires. In other words, a teacher who does not teach any subject in those grade levels or teaches a class not on the ITBS/ITED tests should not fill out a questionnaire.
