It’s so delicious it’s obscene. What you’ll need: 1 (18.25 oz) package red velvet cake mix 1 (16 oz) container cream cheese frosting 1 package chocolate bark What to do: Bake the red velvet cake according to the package directions. Once the cake is baked and cooled, crumble it into a large mixing bowl. Mix in the cream cheese frosting. Roll or scoop the cake mixture into small balls and spread out on a cookie sheet. Place in the freezer for one to two hours or until well-chilled. Melt the chocolate according to the package directions. Use a toothpick to dip the balls in the chocolate and lay out on wax paper to cool and dry. You can serve these in cute mini cupcake cups. Also, you can find toothpicks with decorative tops to leave in your cake balls. The ones pictured can be found here. Good luck with your holiday celebrations!
