Please back up all personal data files (My Documents folder for example) prior to service being performed. AKAS Virtual is not responsible for lost data. Data transfer service is available for an additional fee. If diagnostic/consulting is required, please note that diagnostic fee ($40) will apply even customer choose not to continue with additional services after diagnostic results.
