What system of accountability is in place for Global Church Planters Pioneers?
Each Partner works with his Pioneers to develop individual plans to reach their areas. The Pioneers are directly accountable to our Partner. Each month, they must submit a report giving weekly details such as: how many hours he personally spent soulwinning, how many souls were won to Christ, church attendance for each service, how many new converts were baptized, special prayer requests, blessings the mission church received that month, and any special meetings held during the month. In addition to the monthly report, each Pioneer must send at least one photo of a church service. Many Pioneers send multiple photos and monthly prayer letters. In addition to written reports, Pioneers are visited by our Partners and staff to ensure that their works mirror their reports.
