They must comply with the syntax rules set forth in Provision Eleven of Order ITC/1552/2005, dated 19 May, which approves the National Plan for domain names under “.es”, including the prohibition in paragraph 1.c, which establishes that the first four characters of the domain name may not be “xn--“.
