OTC ZYRTEC® relieves runny nose, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, and itchy nose and throat due to indoor/outdoor allergies. How long will it take before I can expect relief with OTC ZYRTEC®? ZYRTEC® begins to work in as little as 1 hour and provides effective 24-hour relief. Can I use my Flexible Spending account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for OTC ZYRTEC®? OTC ZYRTEC® is covered by most FSAs and HSAs.
