What switches are recommended for use with Ethersound?

0

A list of switches that are recommended (and have been tested by DIGIGRAM) is available on page #10 of the document Building ES Networks rev1.0. Note that this list is not exhaustive. Nexo also recommend an EtherCon-compatible switch made by Wagner Tools http://www.wagnertools.com/prod_esu205.htm Q: I see all 4 inputs and outputs of the NX242 on the VU-meter, but the next device in the Ethersound network does not receive any samples. A: You may have set the 4x digital inputs, and the 4x digital outputs of the NX242 on the same channels (see Routing page). If so, the NX242 will not send back any samples to the Ethersound network. It will overwrite the input channels you have chosen. Choose other output channels, or mute the output channels Useful Tip ! The routing page controls inputs and output relating to the Network not the device in question. The output channels are called In in the routing page, because an output from the Nx242 is an input from the network point of view. Understand
