What survival models are available in CanSurv?
CanSurv can fit both standard parametric survival models, Cox PH model, and mixture cure models to population-based survival data. The standard survival models include lognormal, loglogistic, Weibull and Gompertz models. CanSurv can also fit mixture cure model (Gamel et al. 2000) and mixture cure model with power function (Capocaccia and De Angelis, 1997). The covariates can be put into the components (c,ยต,s,d) (For detail, see Question 4).
