What supportive documentation is appended to the dossier?
The following types of documents in support of teaching or research efforts are to be submitted in a separate envelope or box along with the dossier: • Copies of all research publications in the review period, including articles, books, art work (descriptions/pictures of it, CDs, DVDs, etc.), or other creative activity related to the candidate’s position description; • Summaries of teaching evaluations from all courses and original copies of teaching evaluations from two different courses; • Teaching materials, such as syllabi, textbooks, course guides, etc. written by the candidate.
