What support services does Microflex provide for TaxTools?
Microflex, Inc. has provided high quality municipal software since 1984. TaxTools was originally developed in 1992 and is now used by nearly 40 cities, counties and special purpose districts. Microflex staff has extensive experience in both data processing and public finance. This mix of skills allows us to understand the needs of a municipal finance department and design software solutions that really work. User support is very important to us. Included in your maintenance fee is unlimited toll free telephone support, and continuous improvements to the software. We have provided at least annual maintenance software releases, immediate bug fixes and two new versions of the original system. Included with the original software license is staff training. This can be done at our offices or yours. Travel to your offices is at extra cost. We also have a user group meeting annually to get feedback from our users and to highlight our plans for the future.
