What support services does Grace provide for Automation and production equipment?
Our equipment warranty is for one year following installation at customers facility . This is inclusive of material and operational defects. We offer Electrical, Mechanical and Operational support seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day via phone or internet. Onsite service request are usually met within twenty-four hours of notification.
