At Peninsula Residential there is a Residential Support Team (RST) in place. This team comprises the Manager, Residential Supervisor, Residential Support Assistant and volunteer Resident Advisors. The RST lives on site and are available to assist at all times (subject to study commitments.) Health Wellbeing & Development offer medical and counselling services, and MONSU and Student Services assist students in other areas.

At Clayton Residential the Halls of Residence, Normanby House and the South East Flats has an appointed Residential Support Team in place. The Residential Support Team consists of a College Head, Deputy College Head or Residential Supervisor and Resident Advisors. The members of this team all live on campus and are available 24/7. The Residential Support Team organizes a number of social programs throughout the year for their residents or in the case of the South East Flats, the programs are organised by the College Head, Residential Support Assistant and Resident Advisors.
