Openfiler has two support tracks. Community Support and Commercial Support. Community Support is driven by the Openfiler user community with direct input from the Openfiler development team. Commercial Support is provided by Xinit Systems – the original developers of Openfiler. Xinit Systems provides professional-level installation support and consulting services for Openfiler.
