What support is available to learn how to use LiveText?
1. Once you have registered and logged onto the website, a “Help” button appears on the screen. This is an excellent source of information because it is updated with the latest new features and changes. It has better information than the CDs mentioned below. 2. FREE CDs (compact disks) are available for students to help in learning how to use LiveText. The CD contains a series of instructional videos that demonstrate many of the functions of LiveText. Video sequencing instructions focusing on portfolio creation will be offered on the NLU website. 3. Videos and handouts explaining some aspects of LiveText are available at the NLU website. 4. Visit your campus for Walk-In Supports on specified dates and times. 5. Please remember: nothing substitutes for active use of the site. We are all encouraged to familiarize ourselves with the various features. As with many software programs, individual practice is expected. 6.
