The support available includes advice, guidance and information for those students who may be concerned about their own or another students mental well being. Support can take many forms, including: • Direct one-to-one support from the Mental Health Coordinator • Referring and/or signposting to relevant specialist agencies • Advice and guidance about medication and mental health conditions • Support throughout admission and discharge from hospital • Liaising with academic or other departments on your behalf • Help and advice with applying for Disabled Student Allowance To make an appointment for an initial assessment or for further information you can contact the Disability Office in the following ways: • Telephone: 01482 462020. • Email: disability-services@hull.ac.uk • In person.
