What support does Medicity offer to its membership?
Although Medicity is easy to use, we provide the necessary hands-on support and training to ensure a quick and successful integration of the Medicity work portal. As each member of your organization is added to the system, we work with you to define their specific relationships both within your setting and with all of their affiliates. In other words, we establish with whom each member would like to communicate, and from whom they would like to receive critical information. We verify that your organization has the necessary technical infrastructure to support Medicity, and work with your administrative personnel throughout the integration process. We also provide ongoing training to your staff, including written and on-line user manuals and training materials, access to our 24-hour customer service support center, software licenses and the necessary support for new releases.
