What supplements / routines work best for the launch weight and building muscle?
I’m finally trying to improve, but I’m a kind of loss as to how to begin. I 6 ‘4”and weighs 264 pounds. I want to lose about 15 kg. and also to build muscle, but I have no experience with the use of supplements. Could someone give me some advice? Also, I would appreciate any suggestions as far as what kind of works best lifting routine for what I do. My main concerns are the chest, arms and abdominals. In other words, I’m tired of being ashamed to leave without a shirt. All suggestions and tips are welcome. Building muscle and losing weight is difficult. Muscle weighs more than fat per you need to decide which you want to do. If your main concern is how you look without a shirt (abs / core), any training will do, just be consistent! Running is good, definitely more productive through your abs that any uprising would be, but almost all training is delivering some type of excersise through its core.
