What summer programs does CTY offer?
For students meeting the eligibility criteria, CTY and CAA offer the following three sets of summer programs. For more, see General Information. These include: • The CTY Young Students Summer Programs (5th-6th Grades) – CTY offers a program of summer sessions for students who have completed the 5th or 6th Grades. For courses, see YS Courses. These are generally similar to the CTY Summer Programs for 7th Grade and above described below, but serve younger students with programs appropriate for their age and social development. (CTY also has a program for students in 2nd – 4th Grades, but it is limited in geographic scope.) • The CTY Summer Programs (7th Grade and above) – CTY offers a program of three-week residential summer sessions on college campuses for students who have completed the 7th grade or above, through age 16.
