What substance is being used in making the artificial snow IN STAR CITY SNOW WORLD?
no idea, but they used to use corn starch in the old days of Hollywood… interesting side note, when the Firesign Theater did its “Nick Danger” film noir take-off radio show, one of the most memorable lines was “Wait a moment while I shake off this corn starch”… you see, it was snowing according to the narrator, but they took it a step further and pretending that it was snowing the fake snow they would have had on a film set. hilarious.
