What subjects are covered in PolicyPartner?

Our legal information, which is published as FAQs, covers a wide variety of subjects, including ADA/Reasonable Accommodation, FMLA Leave, Drug and Alcohol Testing, Required Meal and Rest Breaks, etc. Within each subject, specific FAQs address the most common HR questions. For example, our ADA FAQs address how disability and “reasonable accommodation” is defined under state and federal law, and the employer’s obligations to identify a reasonable accommodation (under both state and federal law).
