What styles of Yoga do you practice at Shiv Yoga?
We offer a variety of styles at Shiv Yoga. Our classes range from gentle, relaxing, and meditative to an active and more physically challenging practice. At the gentle end we offer Restorative, Kripalu and Anusara classes. On the more athletic, vigorous and aggressive side we offer Flow, Ashtanga Flow and Power Yoga. All of our classes, whether gentle or vigorous, are designed to reduce stress, increase strength, improve flexibility, and balance the weight of your body. Students are encouraged to combine our many offerings to achieve a balanced physical and mental experience.
