What styles of homes are offered?
Currently offered are two approved floor plans and architectural styles. The Tuscan and Spanish Colonial villas were designed for homeowners who want a turn-key construction option. Both villas can be customized to your taste and family needs. Multiple floor plan options are offered. Each home can be customized by adding extra master suites, car garages, and private pools. All of our homes are designed to use top quality steel and reinforced concrete block.
