The style of yoga taught at Bendable Bodies Yoga is called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga”. The word vinyasa is a Sanskrit term and is translated as “the linking of body movement with the breath”. Throughout the practice of vinyasa yoga you will practice asana (postures) and pranayama (prana: vital energy or breath, yama: to control) and learn to quiet the mind, focus on the breath and find a way to achieve balance and ease in your body.
