What students may participate in State Approved CTE programs?

0

Students who are less than 20 years of age by September 1 of the current school year with no diploma may participate in State-Approved CTE Programs. Also, Special Education students who are less than 26 years of age by September 1 of the current school year may participate in State-Approved CTE Programs. Q: We manage kindergarten through eighth grade schools. Should we be exiting our eighth graders in the same fashion that the high schools exit their seniors? Would this include changing their FTE to 0.00? A: These students should be reported as if you expected them to continue in your ‘district’ (Field #23, Code 19). Once they have left your school, they would not appear in your future submissions.
