What streets are closed during the Festival?
Many of the streets along the parade route are closed during the Festival, starting at 9AM. Prior to the parade starting, main streets are closed until the parade is over, usually 1.5 hours. Main streets that are closed during parade time are Washington Avenue, Pollard Street, Maple and Cleveland Avenue.
