As you go forward into your SAM assignments please take the following steps. 1) Do not work on your SAM training using AOL. 3) SAM transmits the results of your training only when you exit the training session. So always exit the program correctly. 4) Disable all personal firewalls and pop-up stoppers before using SAM. 5) Report any problems that you encounter in SAM to the SAM tech support.
