• Please install both packages (component and module) having the same version. • After you installed them successfully open the component LxMenu. • Select the menu name you want LxMenu to be mapped to (field: menu name; it lists all available menus created by menu manager from mambo). Make your changes you want the menu should look like (use the preview showing you all the changes you are making). • Save your changes. • Open the module manager (Modules/Site Modules) and check for the module named LxMenu (type mod_lxmenu). By default it is assigned to position left, it may be already published and does have the order number 99. • Edit the module named LxMenu and make your changes on it. You may want to change the order number, the title, the module position. Attention: you mustn’t change the field “Menu name”, because it reflects the setting you have made already in the component.
