What steps is NDG taking to promote shared access?
NETLABAE version 3.9 will support “communities”. Specific blocks of time on an equipment pod can be reserved for a community. Each community will support separate classes, instructors, and user accounts. Instructors in community A cannot alter the accounts and classes of community B, and vice-versa. The administrator can assign one or more Academies to a community. Version 3.9 will also feature a “sharing portal”. Academies with NETLABAE can advertise their system availability and sharing model to other Academies via the NDG website.
