On Feb. 2, 2004, Deborah A. Price was appointed deputy under secretary of the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools. In this role, Price oversees the Department`s activities related to safe schools, crisis response, alcohol and drug prevention, the health and well-being of students, and building strong character and citizenship.
