Comcast has provided each customer a user guide that includes important information about the E911 functionality and limitations of Comcast Digital Voice® service . Additional information about E911 is included win the Subscriber Agreement that is provided to all new customers and is also available on our website (click here to view the Subscriber Agreement). In addition, in response to the FCC’s recent rulemaking, Comcast has contacted customers by mail, phone and email in order to provide supplemental notification of this important information.
