All SFS appraisers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing appraisals prior to transmission to SFS. An appraisal specialist on a regional team reviews received reports for thoroughness and accuracy. Reports are reconciled using SFS’s extensive database. Reports which may need further review are referred to a supervisor and/or staff review appraiser.
