• 1. Contact the wedding coordinator at weddings@cobblestonechurch.com for the packet of information or download it off Cobblestone’s website. • 2. Complete the Wedding Contact Sheet and return it to the Wedding Coordinator who will confirm your date and send you the Auditorium Usage Agreement. • 3. Complete and send in your Auditorium Usage Agreement with your $200 deposit. • 4. Work with your pastor to schedule Pre-Marital classes if you are using a Cobblestone Pastor or get your pastor approved by the pastoral staff. • 5. Meet with your Coordinator 4-6 weeks before your wedding. • 6. Send in your Wedding Fee of $500 1 month in advance of the wedding date. • 7. Enjoy your special day!
