What steps do I need to take to complete the Electronic Patient Record – EPR eLearning Program?
1. Complete all of the modules of the online portion of the program (approximate time – 2.25 or 4 hours, depending on access required). The modules consist of: Learning Modules and Practice Modules 2. Complete the Online Test – the minimum passing score is 80%. You must have a print-out of your online test results (including your name), and you must bring your printed test results with you to the eLearning Test Centre. 3. Successfully complete the Applied Knowledge Test at the eLearning Test Centre – the minimum passing score 80%. 4. Upon successful completion of the Applied Knowledge Test, you will be granted Electronic Patient Record – EPR and/or MOE/MAR access within 24 hours.
