What steps are involved in the Design Review Board process?
Briefly, the steps involve submittal of a completed application form, a fee and accompanying documents and plans. Staff reviews the submitted material for two purposes. The first is to ensure that the project meets the applicable zoning requirements. The second is to verify that the submittal has all the information required to adequately assess the project and complete a staff report for DRB review.
