There are generally three phases to implementing Kardin software. The first phase involves working with the accounting department to set up your Charts of Accounts. The second phase includes writing any reports necessary to download leasing information from your accounting system or lease management system. The third phase involves training the property managers who will actually be the ones preparing the budgets. This can generally be accomplished in a few days with our webinars.
