The Arizona Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1973 is contained in A.R.S. 23-401 through 23-433. Section 23-420 addresses hearing rights and procedures. Additional rules of procedure for ADOSH hearings are set forth in the Arizona Administrative Code, R20-8-801 through R20-8-829.
