All states currently part of the Region C DMERC will transition. In addition, Virginia and West Virginia will also become part of Jurisdiction C. The Jurisdiction C states and insular areas are: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.
