The following states sell hard liquor, presumably including Everclear: • Idaho • Montana • New Hampshire • North Carolina • Ohio • Oregon • Pennsylvania • Utah • Virginia • Washington In all other states, liquor is sold by privately-owned and operated businesses, rather than by the state.
