What states have adopted an MCLE requirement for its lawyers?
The following U.S. jurisdictions have an MCLE requirement: Alabama, Alaska,* Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisian, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
