What states are covered by 19 SMS HPG?
All states and territories of Australia except Tasmania are covered by 19 SMS HPG. Generally speaking we have historic private treaty sales data back to 1993 (NT – 1998). 19 SMS HPG is not recommended for use in Victoria. Due to Victorian state government regulations we can only provide last sale prices for properties that were sold at auction and where the sale price was reported to APM.
