What Staph bacteria is called mrsa?
MRSA (pronounced mur-saa) just made the news today. It was discovered in two public schools. It’s a type of bacterial infection that is usually associated with hospitals. People with compromised immune systems and otherwise healthy, can pick it up in a hospital when infection control and handwashing guidelines are not followed carefully. It’s a pretty strong infection, proven to be antibiotic resistant in some cases. I’m not sure of the exact chemical composition of mursaa, but I do know it is one of the bad bacterias and should be avoided at all cost! FOR ANYONE GOING TO HOSPITAL for chemotherapy, bone marrow treatment, or are IMMUNE SYSTEM COMPROMISED for any reason, DO NOT panic. DO speak to your healthcare professional or clinic director.
