The entire lifecycle supported by our three-part architecture – Cogility Modeler, Manager, and Insight – is built in compliance with the Object Management Group’s (OMG) Model Driven Architecture (MDA). Cogility Modeler defines the Platform Independent Model (PIM) and then converts it into a Platform Dependent Model (PDM) that can be compiled and deployed into the runtime environment. The object data structures and behaviors use the commonly adopted Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data transformations between systems are specified following the OMG’s Common Warehouse Metamodel (CWM) standard. The design environment exploits relevant standards to provide a mature, robust, and easy to adopt feature set.
