What standard of English Proficiency is required?
Good spoken and written English is essential. Candidates whose mother tongue is not English must provide proof of their English proficiency by having achieved one of the following in the last two years: • IELTS: overall score of 7, no section scoring less than 6.5; with a 7.0 in Writing • TOEFL: overall score of 260/620 • Cambridge Proficiency: grade C or above. Candidates in doubt should contact the Department before making an application.
