What standard features are included in the price?
Cathedral ceilings, drapery and 2″ blinds, walk-in closets, designer lighting, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, in-ground setup and site preparation, energy efficient heat pump, dual-glaze tinted windows, desert landscaping, automatic watering systems. Each model is priced using the principal, “What you see is what you get.” This is true with the exception of upgraded flooring and wallpaper, which are decorator items. Upgraded flooring can be selected from our design center. We also offer stucco and tile roofs or vinyl siding and composition roofs. All new construction is now Energy Star Qualified.
