What stage is the process in right now? When will construction start?

Now that Alignment 3.d. has been approved by Mayor and Council, the design phase begins. In the next 18 to 24 months, stakeholders will identify and prioritize design and roadway elements that include sidewalks, landscaping, water harvesting, bike paths, green zone, public art, and more. Construction is expected to begin when funding from the Regional Transportation Authority becomes available, currently in 2011.
